Before joining the RTC, Michael served as a Senior Attorney with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Washington, D.C. When cases cannot be resolved quickly, Michael leads the litigation effort vigorously and tenaciously always with an eye toward demonstrating to the opposing party and tribunal the lack of merit to his adversary’s position.Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as Senior Counsel to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the federal agency created by Congress in 1989 to resolve the savings and loan crises. This inspired Michael to attend the CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) program at The Wharton School and to co-found Lexington Wealth Management in 2000.Since that time, he has put client advocacy at the core of the practiceâs approach, striving to bring together the âheartâ of his clientsâ goals with the âheadâ of sound investment strategy.
