I was offered credit (didnt ask for it) because of the situation, yet the credits have not been applied on my account as promised. I think it is sad that I have been paying my bill, I have had several phones, and consistent service for over 13 years and sprint will allow me to go to another company because I don't want to use an upgrade or accept a refurbished phone. I feel totally unappreciated as a customer and I will gladly take my business to another company. After all these years the least sprint can do is send a new phone to me. Was in three g at my house in Gahanna, Oh. (INSANE RESPONSE) I hope an attorney will get with me, as sprint must stop the abuse of thier customers. I had service for 2 days (3/22-3/23) and I recently got a bill asking for an additional $38. I have contacted the store and customer service about this issue, I basically get :there is nothing we can do". I no longer have the pics of my Grandson and Sprint does not care. for line 1, $40/mo. for the last seven years, I have been lied to over fifteen times ,Ive been hung-up on more than thirty times in the past five years,I have been on the phone today 3/26/2013 for three hours trying to talk to a operations manager at sprint ,( not a call center).Home land security could not locate or call a sprint person or office!!!!!!! I went to a Sprint store to have my # moved from one fone to another,When they transfered the number they did not reconnect my fone and for some reason the sd card from my old fone is missing.
is why was the card removed in the first place? Costumer service is no help either.
Then it took them months to pay off my Verizon bill that they promised for me to switch. they keep sending me from dept.

My contract expires in December, and I definately will opt out of Sprint and go back to my previous provider. we call customer service and get hung up on by a floor supervisor.

Somehow lines got crossed and I heard a conversation between a supervisor and a customer who was giving his credit card information, PIN number and Name to a supervisor with Sprint.I would rate sprints customer service ---0 if I could, I have been with sprint for 13 years, there customer service has been more than terrible!!!!!!!!
Dropped calls all of the time. I've called and called, and the same response each time...no one has perfect service! I've gone through over 10 phones in under a year and they get worse and worse one even burned my face. Everything that the other people are saying is so true...same thing with me!! Glitches in calls during the calls. Trying to call or e-mail sprint,(not a call center) is the best keep security in the U.S.A. no s--t. As of 3/26/2013 I cancel my service with sprint because of customer service.I have been with sprint since 2003!
