Fortunately while I spoke with a representative that express the same exact thing as listed on their website about the EFT as well as paying off the balance for the phone, so if this is fiction it's then consider false advertising. Not a good side of the business. I WAS THINKING BUT SAID DONT THAT RAISE ANY RED FLAGS FOR YOU, BEING YOU JUST SAID THAT, DON'T YOU THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!!! I am very frustrated and disappointed because TMobile used to be the carrier that was way better to deal with. My bill was always paid on time so It wouldnt been a problem to pay whatever I owe according to the contract. BS, every major corporation has a headquarters.
